"Mr. Phalan took care of a tricky repair to an old style solid wood exterior door on a 2nd floor deck. The door was quite heavy and had several glass panels in it, too. Bob quickly rebuilt the busted hinge and had the old door working “better than new”, in about 30 minutes. Quick and clean job!"

"Arlmont Glass replaced a broken living room window for me. First of all they will come to your home for a free estimate. Then will email the invoice for the job. Then you schedule the work. Three simple steps, everyone is polite and wonderful to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone or to use them again as my home has aging windows. Thank you for a job well done."

"My problem is that my painting is pealing and they told us that they have a warranty and they are not returning my calls to resolve my problem. After a couple of calls, Fabricio came out and resolved the problem."

"Phenomenal!!! The gentlemen who installed my new windows did a wonderful job. I thought the project would take days, but they got it done in one day. They were patient with my kids and even answered back when my toddler said Hi Uncle i am very satisfied and will highly recommend them in my REI group when someone asks about window replacement. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!"

"Michael was the ONLY one who responded to be out of 20 different companies when I had a leak from my living room window during a storm in November. Not only did he respond, he showed up in two days and I got the repair done in 3 weeks that was supposed to be at least 6 weeks. I’m so impressed and grateful at the quality of work and efficiency. Will def be asking Michael to replace all of the rest of our windows!!"

"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."

"Replaced wood trim on a second story arched window with vinyl. Reasonably priced, work done when promised and looks better than original trim, plus no more maintenance!"

"Once we called, Rob called within a couple of days to make an appointment.  He came our and was terrific.  Straightforward, very clear, no hard sell.  The price was very competitive, in fact significantly cheaper than another quote we had received.  Because they work with Harvey Windows, we were able to go the showroom in Burlington and look at the options.  And because the Burlington location is a showroom only, the employees there are very helpful, not interested in selling but rather inform.
Once we decided what we wanted, Rob took our order and gave us a infall time frame about two months out.  Nearly to the day, we got a call that the windows would be delivered on a Friday and the install begin the following Monday. They thought it might take two days but their terrific installer was able to get it done in one.
We are very happy with our choices.  The windows are great, very professionally installed.  We are wondering why we waited so long.

"We had an amazing experience with Vera Glass and Mirror for our glass shower door installation. From the very first contact, the team was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us choose the perfect glass enclosure for our bathroom and guided us through every step of the process."

"Plumbing work went very well. But we asked to re-silicone our shower unit and the door hardware was damaged in the process. It was action above expectations so we're not complaining, but we paid for it and are still awaiting replacement hardware to use the shower. Other than that, the work was done professionally and cheerfully. Other than the shower issue, the work was a 5."
