He also took the time to walk around my house with me and point out things I should be thinking about and helped me prioritize projects, and to show me the work he'd done. 
He works nonstop and so hard -- and does such a beautiful skillful job. He is good at analyzing what the problem might be and investigating it (leaks of various kinds in various places) and his work - whether it's installing chimney cap, rebuilding window frame, rebuilding porch stairs, installing roof heating cable, chimney cap, painting-- is all expertly done, without exception. He cleaned up everything after he worked  -- just A+ job all around in every sense. I will definitely have him work here again.
