I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. "My first time working with Bob he was clearing ice dams from my roof last winter. This time he was doing more extensive and really varied work and he was just as wonderful to work with. Quickly responsive to email inquiry about his availability, he scheduled the day he'd be here in advance, called on his way here to let me know he was coming each day - I so appreciate that level of communication. He also took the time to walk around my house with me and point out things I should be thinking about and helped me prioritize projects, and to show me the work he'd done. 
He works nonstop and so hard -- and does such a beautiful skillful job. He is good at analyzing what the problem might be and investigating it (leaks of various kinds in various places) and his work - whether it's installing chimney cap, rebuilding window frame, rebuilding porch stairs, installing roof heating cable, chimney cap, painting-- is all expertly done, without exception. He cleaned up everything after he worked  -- just A+ job all around in every sense. I will definitely have him work here again.
