"I've had Rutland for a couple of years at this point and signed on to their anual service. I have had Absolutely zero ant sitings since they came the first time. They also managed exterior and interior rotent activity very well. When a hornet's nest appeared in a tree by the deck they promptly and expertly removed this at no extra cost above the anual service. The crew is always prompt and professional, and their work is guaranteed, althgouh I have never needed to call them back for an issue outside of the hornet's nest."

"The guys at API are amazing! I have had them come out for mouse and rat issues in the City of New Bedford at 2 of my residential properties and the problems are both completely eradicated!
