While we have had no complaints about the quality of our new roof, we have been far from satisfied with the level of customer service. Perhaps we should have known this was how the relationship would proceed, when Long Home Products did not attempt whatsoever to address our concern about the damage done to our home by the dumpster sub-contractor, instead passing us off to said contractor who simply stonewalled us until we gave up. As was said to me after the roofing project, we are married for the next 50 years. At the time, I took that to mean that Long Home Products would provide the necessary support and service to ensure the longevity of our investment. Now I have come to understand that it essentially means that Long Home Products has us over a barrel for the foreseeable future, where they have no obligation to do anything, and can essentially extort us for minor repairs because anything else we might do will invalidate our warranty. Maybe I have it wrong, but that is certainly what it feels like. At the beginning of the Spring, I requested service for some minor damage that appears to have occurred when we had a moving container picked up from our driveway. The initial verbal estimate was $1000-1200. In truth, it was probably more than I expected, but that is the cost of doing business. Several weeks went by with no further contact from LHP. I reached out again via a website form, and my wife received a call from LHP. My wife was given a verbal estimate of around $1500. She asked for the estimate in writing and is still waiting for it. After several more weeks, my wife reached out again, only to be told that since she had been dealing with a specific person, she would have to wait until that individual got back in touch with her. My wife called again yesterday, and now the estimate is around $1850. My wife, again, asked for the estimate in writing and was told it will take a few days. I am starting to doubt that the 50-year warranty is worth having to continue to deal with LHP, and it occurs to me that may be precisely what LHP wants.

Everything came out amazing. instantly noticed a difference. Made my oil usage cut in half.

It has been a terrible experience, the reason to hire them is that they said they would be able to complete the job including the plumbing, we have all the plumbing parts, they took pictures, and checked with the plumbing department, they are quality parts so after looking at them they said they could and then said they could not, the job was supposed to be done within one day. It should have to be completed on April 14th

The crew that was sent over to do the job were very professional. I went out to watch them work a couple of times and that's just what they did. No one was on their phones and there was no fooling around. They had a job to do and that was exactly what they were doing. I would recommend Long Roofing to anyone who needs to have a roof replaced. The workers were superb. They worked all day long in the most professional, efficient way imaginable, all harnessed in all the time. The roof was tight, extremely well constructed and ventillated. I had an experienced foreign visitor here who had never been much impressed by American workmanship before but she was incredibly enthusiastic about what she saw the Long Roofers doing. They did everything that had been promised, protected the facades of my house and the one next door, cleaned up so that you would never know they had been there and perhaps most telling of all were proud of their work. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend Long Roof to anyone. It was worth every penny.

Long Home Products did a wonderful job from start to finish. I changed my mind and wanted to add a seat to the shower and they were extremely accommodating. The installers were very professional, and finished the job in less than 6 hours. Max was fantastic, and was extremely easy to work with. All in all, I highly recommend them.

Long Roofing went above and beyond when installing our roof and gutter. The job turned out more difficult than we thought it would be but Long Roofing made me feel comfortable and reassured that they would fix everything. Everyone involved from the salesperson to customer service listened to our needs and treated me with respect. The roof looks amazing. I don't want to get into price, but even though you may get someone less expensive, using Log Roofing was well worth a little extra cost
