Henry and his crew replaced all of the lines in our inground pool and put in new skimmers. They were here by 7:30 every morning and left at 5:30 or later. They worked very hard every day, answered any questions we had and after clean up you would have never known they were there. This is after digging huge trenches to replace the lines and cementing over the cement apron of the pool. We would highly recommend Henry and Sunshine Pools. Gave a small deposit at the beginning and paid off when the job was completed. His price was amazingly fair. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

HENRY WAS HIRED TO REPLACE THE EXISTING POOL LINER IN OUR IN GROUND POOL. HE DID THIS BUT WAS ALSO PAID TO CLOSE THE POOL AND OPEN IT THIS SPRING. THE NEW LINER IS VERY GOOD, BUT HE NEVER CLOSED OR OPENED THE POOL, REINSTALLED BROKEN OR NON WORKING PARTS, LEFT DEBRIS WHERE HE WORKED, DID NOT RETURN CALLS OR RESPOND TO EMAILS - BUT HE DID GET ALL HIS MONEY UP FRONT. MY MISTAKE. WE FOUND HIM TI BE UNRELIABLE AND UNRESPONSIVE. BEWARE AND DO NOT HIRE HIMJ

"Hello sir. If I remember correctly, deposit for liner change was $200, I installed the liner then I asked for more money, I took the old liner with me, closed the pool got paid for the work we were hired for "Liner change", we open the pool then you had a leak, we fixed the leak late but we did, 2 to 3 weeks, it was raining for a whole week, I haven't gotten paid for opening or fixing lines $1000+."

Henry did a great job in October and opened my pool in May. I have 2 broken pipes on my filter ( they didn't do it) but now he isn't answering my numerous texts and phone calls. I may have to hire someone else.

Henry and his crew installed a new liner in my 20x40 inground pool, added returns and made repairs to coping. They were fair, friendly and very good workers. Communication was very good and everything was as smooth going as could be. Henry is very nice and respectful, It was like having a friend working for you..My neighbor was also impressed with their work and hired sunrise also.

Henry replaced my pool liner, which came out fine, however, I paid him an additional $250 dollars for new stair plates, and covers, the piece that attaches the liner to the pool. at this point, it has been over a year of unanswered calls and an incomplete job. I really had faith in him that he would finish this job but now I am stuck with exposed screws and an ugly job. I feel scammed.

Being done with pandemic was a challenge getting parts and some items were delayed due to manufacturer. No fault of Henery or his crew.they did great work on step install new liner and new skimmer. The team that arrived to complete the work was great! Henry (owner/manager) was extremely difficult to coordinate with, impossible to reach, would not return calls, emails, or text messages. If this business were better managed, more organized, and far more responsive, then I would not only hire them again in an instant, but I would recommend them to everyone!! Unfortunately, they will never get my business again, and I will steer people clear of going through that unnecessary frustration.
