After he found out that our Jacuzzi hot tub would be too old to replace the parts and be worth the money, he advised us to simply replace the Jacuzzi tub with a non-jacuzzi one and hire a local plumber to get it done. We greatly appreciate his detailed suggestions and very helpful consultation. Additionally, he explained to us all of the detailed diagnosis in great patience and truly put the customer first."
