Since we are not in the process of selling the property, Dennis suggested that I not commit to pay for a. Second step that might not be required based on new test results. I have now received the test results, which indicate that the step one process reduced the radon levels below the EPA recommended max, but not as low as Dennis would like to achieve. So I am in the process of â discussingâ with him whether and when to have him back to perform the second step. I appreciated Dennisâ s manner of dealing from the very start.
