It is really a nice experience to work with John and Kevin. Our house has a funny foundation. There is a block in the middle and half of the house has radon and the other half does not have much. At first time, Kevin came on time, worked very professionally and got the first pipe and big fan installed. But unfortunately, this pipe is in the not much radon side and the radon score did not drop down too much. We were very worried and called the EAGLE ENVIRONMENTAL again. They arranged the second appointment and Kevin did more tests and installed the second pipe on the side of the foundation WITH NO EXTRA COSTS. And then magic happened, our radon number dropped to almost 0 now. :) Thanks you Kevin and EAGLE ENVIRONMENTAL again for the fantastic work!

We live in a townhouse condominium and are not allowed to make any modifications on the exterior, which is frankly, the easiest way for a radon mitigation company to do their job quickly. No problem at all! The owner John came to our home to do the evaluation and provide an estimate. He’s been doing this since the 90’s and knows his stuff! It was easy peasy and we booked our work for a couple weeks out. The technician, Bryan (who's also been doing this since the 90's!), arrived promptly at 8am, as scheduled and set to work. He was very professional and patient with me, a DIYer with a ton of questions. His work is impeccable. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was very nervous about the whole thing, especially since he had to go through several floors inside a couple of closets and my new hardwood floors. He was so accurate and efficient that I actually didn’t know he’d gone through the floors and ceiling until I saw the holes. They were neat, no jagged edges, no damage to the floors or ceiling. I was shocked – in the most positive way. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I’ll use them for any home I ever have and recommend them to everyone I know!

We had spoken to various different people about our radon issues before John visited the property and they had all found the solution challenging based on the construction of the house. John was immediately able to see the optimal solution. We agreed that it might require one system but we would commit to one system initially, remeasure and then consider a second system. In the end, only one system was required and our readings came back below 1 in the four places that we tested. The crew were fabulous - super tidy and professional. I could not give John a higher recommendation if I tried. He was great!

Eagle was prompt, thorough and neat installing the remediation equipment. We were putting on a second story so I asked them if we should wait to remediate. They said no, go ahead now and we can come back and fix it for relatively little additional charge. By the time I called back for follow up I'm not sure they remembered having said that. But they honored it anyway; one of the partners actually came back and extended the system. That took a little longer to schedule but we appreciated that they did it.

The installation was done well but unfortunately not in accordance with the guidelines and procedures of the Condo Association. When I call them to fix it, I am asked to pay USD 1950 over the initial payment of USD 1100. I am OK to pay a discounted rate but they are totally non reachable. After trying to reach them and get a response for the last 2 weeks, I am writing this review in disappointment.

We're really happy with Eagle Environmental. They have stayed true to their guaranteed radon level. We started with a very high radon level. After the first visit we were down to the U.S. Standard but they have come back to adjust the system about four more times to get us down to the international standard. The staff has been very knowledgable and friendly. We would definitely recommend them. One afternoon appointment did get canceled because their morning appointment went over schedule. We've scheduled morning appointments since and never had a problem.

I was contacted promptly by Caroline and was able to have installation scheduled for the following week.-I  was even offered a small discount to have the work done the following week which was win-win as I had no need or desire to wait. Based on the reviews I read and the longevity of the company (another reviewer said Eagle fixed a fan 14 years after originally installed - that's impressive) and the price, I committed. I was emailed documents promptly. I found out after I booked the appointment with Eagle that the excellent home inspector I  had used  was using Eagle for his own house and this also made me feel assured.  The workman showed up promptly and did the work cleanly and quickly within the time stated. It could not have been easy to get the exterior of my house with all the snow - but he did it.  I am awaiting the mail-in test to see what the levels are but trust Eagle will come out again if the levels are not what they guarantee. Pending the results of the mail-in test, I am quite pleased with all aspects of this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Note:  I only checked the box regarding the quality of services as  "not applicable" as  I don't have enough time with the system to determine how it will hold up - though it seems like a quality system well-installed. All other aspects of Eagle's services were excellent.

Significantly reduced the radon gasses in my basement - still working to perfect it, radon is measuring 4.5 and they have committed to bring the radon gas to at/or below 4.0 pc recommended by the EPA.  Very satisfied with their professionalism and diligence.

System installed well, no leaks. Radon reduced from 9.5 to 0.4.

I received a response for my inquiry within a day and they came for an estimate within a couple of days.  I received the estimate the day they came to look at my basement and scheduled a date for the work to be done.  I received a call the night before the scheduled work date to remind me of the date and time.  On the day the work was to be performed, I received a call saying they would be a little late - I really appreciated that - and they arrived within a 1/2 hour of the call.  The work was performed efficiently and was completed within a 1/2 day.  They left a radon test for me which I just completed and will now wait for the results.  If the radon level is not within what they guarantee, they will come back and make any adjustments to lower the level as promised.

Fifteen years after Eagle Environmental installed my radon removal system, the fan sounded like it was wearing out. I made an appointment to get an estimate on fixing it. John (the owner) removed the fan, shook out the tree debris that had fallen into the removal pipe and refused any payment. The system now sounds like new. John was very friendly and courteous as well. What a good experience!

Couldn't ask for better service or performance.  They came out as promised, did the work as promised, and our radon was down to an incredibly low level in short order.

I got several quotes for this service, and while the quotes were all within a close range, Eagle's was the lowest. Eagle responded promptly and scheduled the installation at a convenient day/time. The person who came to do the installation arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions and provided the necessary info. The work was done within the timeframe specified by the contract. The radon levels before installation were 4-4.8 and they went down to 0.4 after installation, which was lower than they had guaranteed. I would really recommend this company if you are looking to install a radon mitigation system.

They were very professional.  They gave a fair and reasonable quote.  They didn't try to upsell me on anything.  I kept pointing out some lower cost negation.  They were reasonably priced.

Getting a quote was very easy and they were extremely responsive. 
The installer arrived on time and did a great job. It looks very clean and discrete. Most importantly, it significantly reduced our radon level to below the suggested EPA levels.
