It is really a nice experience to work with John and Kevin. Our house has a funny foundation. There is a block in the middle and half of the house has radon and the other half does not have much. At first time, Kevin came on time, worked very professionally and got the first pipe and big fan installed. But unfortunately, this pipe is in the not much radon side and the radon score did not drop down too much. We were very worried and called the EAGLE ENVIRONMENTAL again. They arranged the second appointment and Kevin did more tests and installed the second pipe on the side of the foundation WITH NO EXTRA COSTS. And then magic happened, our radon number dropped to almost 0 now. :) Thanks you Kevin and EAGLE ENVIRONMENTAL again for the fantastic work!

We live in a townhouse condominium and are not allowed to make any modifications on the exterior, which is frankly, the easiest way for a radon mitigation company to do their job quickly. No problem at all! The owner John came to our home to do the evaluation and provide an estimate. He’s been doing this since the 90’s and knows his stuff! It was easy peasy and we booked our work for a couple weeks out. The technician, Bryan (who's also been doing this since the 90's!), arrived promptly at 8am, as scheduled and set to work. He was very professional and patient with me, a DIYer with a ton of questions. His work is impeccable. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was very nervous about the whole thing, especially since he had to go through several floors inside a couple of closets and my new hardwood floors. He was so accurate and efficient that I actually didn’t know he’d gone through the floors and ceiling until I saw the holes. They were neat, no jagged edges, no damage to the floors or ceiling. I was shocked – in the most positive way. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I’ll use them for any home I ever have and recommend them to everyone I know!

We had spoken to various different people about our radon issues before John visited the property and they had all found the solution challenging based on the construction of the house. John was immediately able to see the optimal solution. We agreed that it might require one system but we would commit to one system initially, remeasure and then consider a second system. In the end, only one system was required and our readings came back below 1 in the four places that we tested. The crew were fabulous - super tidy and professional. I could not give John a higher recommendation if I tried. He was great!

Eagle was prompt, thorough and neat installing the remediation equipment. We were putting on a second story so I asked them if we should wait to remediate. They said no, go ahead now and we can come back and fix it for relatively little additional charge. By the time I called back for follow up I'm not sure they remembered having said that. But they honored it anyway; one of the partners actually came back and extended the system. That took a little longer to schedule but we appreciated that they did it.

The installation was done well but unfortunately not in accordance with the guidelines and procedures of the Condo Association. When I call them to fix it, I am asked to pay USD 1950 over the initial payment of USD 1100. I am OK to pay a discounted rate but they are totally non reachable. After trying to reach them and get a response for the last 2 weeks, I am writing this review in disappointment.

Significantly reduced the radon gasses in my basement - still working to perfect it, radon is measuring 4.5 and they have committed to bring the radon gas to at/or below 4.0 pc recommended by the EPA.  Very satisfied with their professionalism and diligence.

System installed well, no leaks. Radon reduced from 9.5 to 0.4.

I received a response for my inquiry within a day and they came for an estimate within a couple of days.  I received the estimate the day they came to look at my basement and scheduled a date for the work to be done.  I received a call the night before the scheduled work date to remind me of the date and time.  On the day the work was to be performed, I received a call saying they would be a little late - I really appreciated that - and they arrived within a 1/2 hour of the call.  The work was performed efficiently and was completed within a 1/2 day.  They left a radon test for me which I just completed and will now wait for the results.  If the radon level is not within what they guarantee, they will come back and make any adjustments to lower the level as promised.

Couldn't ask for better service or performance.  They came out as promised, did the work as promised, and our radon was down to an incredibly low level in short order.

I got several quotes for this service, and while the quotes were all within a close range, Eagle's was the lowest. Eagle responded promptly and scheduled the installation at a convenient day/time. The person who came to do the installation arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions and provided the necessary info. The work was done within the timeframe specified by the contract. The radon levels before installation were 4-4.8 and they went down to 0.4 after installation, which was lower than they had guaranteed. I would really recommend this company if you are looking to install a radon mitigation system.

Getting a quote was very easy and they were extremely responsive. 
The installer arrived on time and did a great job. It looks very clean and discrete. Most importantly, it significantly reduced our radon level to below the suggested EPA levels.

The whole experience was awesome. I had some issues with another provider providing me a prompt quote after assessing the situation so I called Eagle. They sent someone out the NEXT DAY who took a look at the situation and gave us a quote on the spot! Their quote came in less than others we had come by for the same job and their professionalism sold us on them so we called to schedule the job. 
The installed came by yesterday and installed the system. He arrived a little early, but that was fine with me. He took only a few hours to install the system completely. At the end, he explained how it all worked and what to watch out for and that was it. Overall it was a great experience. I'm looking forward to seeing what the test results are once we run them to see the change.

The technician showed up on time, did a beautiful job (it was neat, clean, elegantly arranged <especially for big white PVC piping>, and he cleaned up after himself.  The system is very quiet and can only be heard when up close outside adjacent to the power unit.
I hope not to need this service again but if I do, I'll be calling Eagle Environmental.
Price wise - they were mid point between the other two quotes I had and those were without someone coming to assess what was needed.

They were prompt, had good pricing and I liked the service.

We had very positive experience with the company.  They gave us an estimate during the house purchase negotiation process and stuck to that number when we came back a month later. The person doing the work took time to explain an installation process and answered all my questions without any hint of arrogance. He took care of the job in timely manner, making the system fitting the exterior of the house seamlessly with all the inside wiring hidden along the wall. The work site was left clean. He even took care of some of the foundation cracks.
