He did this by hand cutting down on the dust that would have been kicked up by tools. He was very tidy and thorough. Paying attention to potential lead paint issues and testing before tearing up anything else in the house. He did an excellent job cutting out and replacing framing that had been damaged by carpenter ants and termites minimizing the collateral damage to the walls.
