David and his A+Plus crew originally installed a complete gutter system on my house 11/23. At that time I wrote a 5 star review praising his work. Recently, I called him for another exterior project, and he answered my call very promptly. Within a week, he provided me with another excellent 5 star job performance. I live in Sun City, Fort Mill, SC, where David has many satisfied customers besides my wife and I who are very happy to recommend him to those in need of gutter repair or replacement.

Our old gutters were overflowing and water intrusion had damaged the fascia & soffit. On the recommendation of our neighbor, we asked David (sales person) to provide a quote for fascia & soffit repair and gutter replacement. The quote was provided the next day; we talked back & forth about the details and we were on the schedule within a week after accepting the contract. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the wood repairs and installation of the 6" gutter system. David (the owner) was at our house to survey wood damage after the old system came down, and on the day of the install, was inspecting everything with care and attention. He helped us figure out a better drainage system and even added a couple of squirrel guards at the house corners to deter those critters. Without a doubt, A+ Plus Contracting provided excellent service & product at a great price. Can't wait till it rains!

I would highly recommend this business. The owner is very thorough from diagnosing our gutter situation through the completion of his team's work. He came by the house several times and paid attention to what we wanted. He also recommended a great solution for our gutter and gutter guard replacement. His prices are very competitive and he charged us exactly what he sent to us at the beginning of the job.

David Lovelace did an excellent job of helping me decide placement of downspouts and follow up with answering additional questions. The owner David Wasserman discussed with me the additional concerns I had with preventing Rainwater from entering my basement and advised me the best design 4 my particular application. Very happy with their knowledge and expertise. The installers also did an excellent job
