Joe and John were very meticulous in doing all the pre-measuring all the way through the construction, including the very meticulous finish work, which I need to give a shout out to Joe who is an excellent finish carpenter. Valerie was very informative when she came and gave us an estimate and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner Pierre is very hands-on which was a very nice touch from a customer experience aspect. we had a couple tricky areas in the kitchen and due to their knowledge and experience, and they’re fine attention to detail every aspect of of the job far exceeded our expectations. we would highly recommend them and would like to thank all the crew for doing such a great job for us"

"We're so glad that we went with Hancock for the job! It's been wonderful to be able to stretch out into the new space. Bedtime for the kids has been going so much better now that they have their own rooms and we love how the rest of the spaces turned out. We've very much appreciated the consideration that Darrell, Kevin, and the team have had with helping to accommodate the family living in half of the house while the project was going on. That was really the only way that we could have afforded the project. I'm definitely still amazed that it was able to be done in the short span of time. Even our dog is in love with her expanded domain. Throughout our addition process, we've been really pleased with the progress, the flexibility, and the quality of work that the whole Hancock team provided in working with us, with our architect, and with our structural engineer.
