"Started April 2024 started first floor framing July 2025 worked for 2 days and left with big hole in the attic and leaking basement when it rains cause the gutter was taken off. Lies constantly and swears on his kids that he will be there but never shows up or calls back for a few weeks at a time His poor kids. Grabs your first payment to pay for other jobs. Left a pile of trash in the driveway that’s been there for 3 months now. The wood is all warped and full of mold.l now on said framing job See pics below. Don not trust this contractor. He is now going to deal with our lawyer"

We appreciated that the project manager gave us some suggestions on flooring and finishes that were within our budget. They handled town inspections and changed things that we requested after the fact. A couple of minor details could have been improved that we didn't notice this until we started using the space. Communication could have been a little better when it came to letting us know when workers would be arriving at our home. George and Matt were great to work with and we would definitely recommend Nedder properties to others"

After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place.
