Our washer broke late on a Thursday night and we were leaving the next day (Friday) for a week so it was urgent that we get it fixed before leaving. I called Dell Appliance Friday morning and they came out that afternoon. They gave me a 2 hour window and arrived on time and Anton the service professional was polite, knowledgeable and timely. Anton assessed the problem, and communicated clearly what the issue was and what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and came back the next week to fix it when we returned. The owner called to follow up was also polite and professional. We will certainly use them again.

The repair was diagnosed and fixed quickly.  Steve described what the problem was and told me what I had to do after the part was replaced.  I followed his directions and turned on the unit after a 48 hr defrost.  Everything is working fine now.

They came out within 24 hours of my call and arrived at the time they said they would.   They identified problems with the pulley and the bearings and replaced them.   They also replaced the vent hose to bring it up to code.   Now my dryer works fine and is running very quietly.   They advised me that the dryer was old--which i am aware of but i chose to fix it instead of buying a new one right now.

I called at 8am. Tony picked up and said someone can be there by 10am. Someone called and said that they were running behind, how about 10:30am - fine with me, it was nice to get a call for a change. Steve arrived tested all cycles of the washer, cleared our disposal, and gave some tips on how to get best results. Overall an excellent experience.  Highly recommended.

My year and a half old microwave's keyboard panel broke which was going to be quite expensive.  I then called Dell's Appliance and discussed the situation with Shawn.  Shawn suggested I contact General Electric  and explain this is a relatively new product and should last more than 18 months.  I called GE - luckily got a case manager who listened to my situation and offered me an overnight delivery of a new panel at a reduced cost. When it arrived, Ken and his partner installed it today without any issue. They were professional, on time and knew what they were doing.  I would highly recommend Dell's Appliance as they are honest and trustworthy.

Our old Maytag washing machine would not drain its wash water.  The Dell tech came on time a couple days after our call.  Actually called us back on the day of our first call to say that a technician was in our neighborhood with free time, but we could not meet him so we kept to the original schedule.
They determined that the problem was the drain pump and replaced it from inventory carried on their truck.  Total cost was $120 for the service and installation and $89 for the part.
We have used Dell on prior calls and continue to be pleased with their work.

Repair technician, Steve, quickly diagnosed the problem as a nonfunctioning oven igniter, which he noted is a common wear related issue with an older range. I suggested he also replace the broiler igniter, since he was already at the house.  He inspected it,  said it was fine, and explained that the broiler igniter is subject to far less wear, and therefor had no reason to replace it. 
He also gave me some advice on how to use the self clean function in a way to preserve the life of the igniters - turn off the oven after 2-3 hours, rather then its usual lengthy duration.
He was really knowledgeable, honest, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.  I have used Dell's twice befroe over the years, and will continue to rely on them

The repair man could not figure out what was wrong so he decided to bring it back to the shop.  He dragged it across the hardwood floor leaving parallel scratch marks.  When he returned it he didn't put it back correctly so it was not flush with the counter or cabinets.  
With the oven, he replaced a part, charged me for the part & labor and left.  The problem was not fixed.  He came back and couldn't diagnose it.  So, he recommended replacing 2 additional parts which could have been the cause.  He wasn't certain, but he figured he ruled out other options.  The parts were expensive and would cost about $750.  So I called another company who came and determined only one of the 2 parts was actually broken.  Replacing only the broken parts saved me a lot of money.
From my experience, I lost confidence in their competence.  I will not use them again.

Dishwasher door spring(s) broke as did the it's door latch. I wasn't willing to brave the task myself so called a few local repair shops found here on AL. Called Dell's Friday night, they called me back first thing on Saturday morning - that alone impressed me. Repairman showed up that same day at 1:30, was a total gentleman, gave me a good and quick assessment of the problem and set my expectations clearly for what the resolution would be. Planned to come back on Tuesday morning but Dells had to reschedule due to a delay in receiving a part so rescheduled for a the next morning for 9:30. He was late by about 30 minutes which was a little inconvenient but not the end of the world. Once again he was a total gentleman. Job took about an hour but as I mentioned above, he went above and beyond - didn't do just the job I needed he did way more and not for a penny more. 
Overall very pleased with Dell's and in the event I need them again I won't hesitate to give them a ring.

I called Dell's at 3pm in the afternoon. The phone rang once, and instantly a gentleman picked up the call. He apologized that he could not send someone out until the next day! I was thinking that I would be without a dryer for a week, with an 8 week old baby in the house, it would have been a major problem.
Ken arrived right at the promised 12 noon. He was polite, friendly with my barking dog, and very much an expert in his craft. We looked at the machine, and within seconds he had identified that the belt had fallen off and was not broken. Within minutes he had the machine fixed.
While it is frustrating that it only took a few minutes to repair, it is very reassuring to know that it was done by an expert. Ken then told me that there is a 30 day guarantee. If for any reason the dryer stops working, they will make the trip out for free to identify the product.
Also, they took Visa, I was worried I was going to have to go get cash from the ATM accross the street.
