Pressure Washing
Kevin/Prudential came to our house to pressure wash some problem areas we had at our home. They were on time, the pricing was fair, communication during was great, and the follow up after completion was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to pressure washing done.

Kevin and his crew are phenomenal! I can’t say enough about them. They replaced my windows in October of 2018 and I just had them come back to replace my floors and install new closet doors! They were here when they said they would be and they worked nonstop for at least 8 hours a day, finishing the job in less than the contractual time frame. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!! I can’t wait to do my bathroom remodels!!!

This was actually one part of a two rehab. Kevin handled everything top to bottom for me and my parents houses. We bought two homes next to each other that were completely run down and out right gross. And the tire thanks to this great team, my parents are able to keep their independence for still being close enough to me if they need help. I’m sure my parents will be doing a review for them at some point as well once I show them how to work the computer. This is not my first time using Prudential Remodeling. They are the best group we have ever worked with. I bought a new house and lets just say it looked like it was still the year 1900 on the outside. After saving up our pennies, we finally got to redo everything we wanted. Siding, insulation (they had to replace a chunk of rot and insulation), windows, doors, garage, etc. Now our house looks band new.

While we were pleased with the overall result, there were some circumstances that contributed to giving this company a less than perfect rating. Dealing with Shannon (Office Manager) was excellent. She is very pleasant, professional and responsive. The crew was good but they had several no show days that resulted in us calling to find out where they were (accompanied by many excuses). We certainly understand that there can be extenuating circumstances but we suspected that when there were several day gaps, they were on another job. At the end there was a push to complete the project that resulted in us reminding different people what needed to be done and us cleaning up all of the nails, vinyl trimmings, etc. that were left behind.

"Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it and are glad everything came out the way you hoped and expected. I want to take this opportunity to address the delays you were talking about. We had three rain days during your project. We also had a death in the family, which we notified you of, and had two people leave us. I understand your feelings where you think excuses were made, but they were valid reasons. These were all items way out of our control. I was very happy given the circumstances, that we stayed committed to your project and finished with only a 5 business day delay. As far as a cleanup, while we were away dealing with our loss, we were sent pictures by our team of the completed project. We did not see any debris in the pictures, but we do understand that your old materials were not magnetic and could have been missed by mistake. We did not receive any emails or calls indicating there was other cleanup to be done. Rest assured, I would have personally gone there myself to go over everything and make sure everything was as cleaned up as possible. We greatly enjoyed working with you both. At the end of the day, we are only human and have family situations that do arise."

After a few calls to other local contractors that unfortunately were never returned, we found Prudential Remodeling through Angie’s List. For us they were the perfect contractor team! They are incredibly responsive, very experienced, professional, trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work with. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully and we will definitely hire them again for future home improvement projects. We highly recommend them!

I had Kevin replace my porch on my property. In addition to replacing the porch, I had the addition upgraded to vinyl siding that was originally done with clapboard. The guys were very respectful of my tenants as well as their privacy. This is not the first time that I have used Prudential Remodeling and it is why I am a repeat customer. I highly recommend them.

Working with Kevin and Shannon was a breeze. This was not an easy job by any measure - a split level ranch from the 1950's with a bathroom built out of a closet. Add in the chimney and it took some vision to get the job done. Kevin and team did a complete gut to the studs. Re-routed all the plumbing as the shower, toilet and sink were all moving and also took out a 35 foot chimney that ate up a good section of the old bathroom. Work was completed in 7 weeks - industry standard on a bathroom gut is about 4 1/2 weeks - however with the structural changes, plumbing changes and new electrical, that tends to add time to any contract. Kevin set those expectations up front and Shannon was in constant communication. We plan on having Kevin back out in the Spring to do a complete gut and rebuild on out 900sq/ft basement. Pictures of the completed work are below - overall an A+ in effort, communication, ability and execution.

These were some big projects that we undertook this past year. They came out great. The basement was a completely unfinished space with columns all throughout the middle of it. Now it is all living space and there are no columns in the way. The group put in a beam so the columns could come out. The decks look amazing. The siding work was dead on. We are now considering a an addition to our home because of how easy they made this whole thing. Thanks guys.
