Renato earned another 10 star review. My furnace started blowing cool air. It would work correctly for 3 days, then blow cool air for 3 days. Renato came and noted that the drip pan was filling up with water and it was time. Renato explained to me why it was happening. He sent me some quotes with 3 different furnaces and I'm very happy with the system I chose. Not only was it the most cost effective, the blower is much quieter and it's 15% more efficient then my last furnace. Renato was very accommodating to my schedule. He's so professional and really wants his customers to be happy. It's so refreshing to work with someone you can be comfortable with and who is very trustworthy. His clean up is also impeccable as well. I have an HVAC company for life!

Within 20 minutes problem was diagnosed and fixed. I called on a Sunday and didn't expect to receive a call out that day so really, really appreciated that. Previous person we had to look at this quoted me $4900 for compressor replacement and Renato fixed an electrical part for less than $200. Air conditioning is working perfectly. Thank you very much! It's nice to know not everyone in Boston is out to rob you.

10 star review. I read many reviews looking for an HVAC company to replace my AC. Renato's stood out. His service was exceptional. He came within a couple of days when we could sync our schedules to give me an estimate and returned promptly. He explained everything thoroughly to me. I found him to be honest with integrity. He's knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I found him very easy to work with. His work is of great quality and professionalism. He really cares about customer service. You would of never known anyone was even there after the clean up. Price was great! I'm happy to say I have a new HVAC contractor that I can rely on!

The job went great. We asked Renato for a 2nd opinion for an ac line replacement. They responded promptly with a competitive bid and although in December, they completed the repair (in inclement weather) as agreed with the promise to return in the spring for testing. They were on time, diligent and cleaned up once the job was complete. We are grateful for their services and look forward to working with them in the figure.

I am very satisfied with the work done. I had inquired with several contractors before but Renato was very accurate in his diagnosis and gave the best price. He offered a temporary solution during the winter to keep the furnace going with no charge. He replaced the unit and completed the work in record time. We haven’t had an issue since.
