We looked for days to try and find someone to put the flue cap back on our roof and even got scammed in the process, but from the moment I spoke on the phone with Sylvia I knew I was in good hands. "08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

He and his men were very professional and did the work in one day. They cleaned up the area that they used and left the yard in great shape. On the day of the scheduled work, Tony and Ian arrived to take on the project. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, competent and courteous professionals. "To remediate seepage along the bottom of a concrete-block basement wall that backs onto a hill, Mastercraft Waterproofing recommended and installed a drainage system along the interior bottom of the wall. From initial consult to the end of the job, I found M W owner Rob Racki to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. He and his partner finished the job on the earlier end of the time estimated, and left the work area spotless. They took and provided me with photos of the work in progress, which will be valuable when I decide to sell my home. I also appreciate that they were willing to wear masks during our face-to-face conversations. The only reason I rated Value for Money with 3 stars was that theirs was the only estimate I got for the job, so I have no other price to compare with."

"In all fairness to the company our chimney was in dire straights & we needed a cap but they recommended a chimney liner for the price of $2,000 . That didn?t include any masonry work that needed to be done . I had other quotes that included the liner & all the masonry work for the same price . Plus I was overcharged for the chimney cap . I would not recommend Paramount ."
