"Edmar and his helper Marcio were fantastic. They were conscientious of our property. They rebuilt a patio and changed our deck to extend the patio for us. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed. "08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

He and his men were very professional and did the work in one day. They cleaned up the area that they used and left the yard in great shape. I highly recommend that if you are having and masonry or roof work done that you contact Ken and see what he has to say before you hire someone else.."

"Last year we had Valley Excavating put in a concrete sidewalk in our front yard. They did a great job and it has held up beautifully! We get many positive comments from neighbors. This year we are adding an addition and hired them to excavate for and pour the foundation. They came promptly at the time we agreed, did an excellent job, respected us and our property, and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. I would highly recommend them!"

The work dovetailed, in structure and scheduling, with the work of our staircase carpenters. Overall very positive, but I would suggest better postwork cleanup including a more complete removal of unused materials (e.g. a giant sheet of plywood left behind)."
