"Super friendly and helpful customer service (at framingham office in MA) when things didnâ t come out perfect to start. End result was excellent. A bit more details: We had some initial miscommunicatons about how to repoint our exposed chimney in our house. They had to come back and do more extensive work (having a mason remove older mortar and redo part of the chimney). That extra work would have been a lot more expensive than what we had initially talked about, but also resulting in a nicer look. IIn that situation, the guys at Paramount took their responsibility for the initial miscommunication and redid the job at a fraction of what the masonry would have cost.
