"This was our first time working with Steve, and it was a great experience. We requested a quote during a larger home renovation and found that the price was very competitive. Steve was also willing to work around our changing timetable and fit us into a tight window alongside other contractors' schedules. He routinely checked in on our timing and was able to accommodate us quickly once we were ready for the wood to be installed. The crew was amazing—courteous, polite, and extremely hard-working. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent. It’s worth noting that the lumber company—not Minuteman—delivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. Steve was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the mark of a great contractor. "I cannot recommend Dan and his team enough!! My wife and I bought our first home together, which had beautiful pine floors ( 40 years old) on the first floor - except for in one bedroom which was carpeted. The second floor consisted of three carpeted bedrooms. The staircases was a red oak that was stained an ugly amber color. We wanted to tear out the carpets and replace them with hardwood floors however our fear was to shell out a lot of money and have the house look like a jigsaw puzzle made up of different wood. On top of this, we had to match some pretty tight timelines and get this job done. Dan came in on short notice and was able to advise us - he assured us we could install pine floors in the bedroom downstairs which would match the first floor look, and that we could add red oak upstairs as well as sand down the stairs and refinish them to match the red oak on the second floor. Dan and his team came in guns blazing and did a fantastic job. They were able to complete everything ahead of schedule while maintaining high standards for their work. They are extremely professional, reliable, work hard and fast, and can deliver. Do yourself a favor, if you have a project in mind, make your life easier and get it done right with Dan and his team. No need to look anywhere else."

Tao and his crew removed over 2000 square feet of carpet in multiple rooms and installed new white oak flooring. Tao also replaced two carpeted staircases with the same oak. Tao and his crew were meticulous on our floors and stairs, even spending an additional day to make sure our stair frame and plywood was level and secure before adding the treads and kick boards. Tao refinished the few rooms of existing hardwood we had at no additional cost and all of our new floors match our existing floors perfectly.
