"The young man that came out did a thorough job cleaning out dryer vent. I gave them 4 stars because they charge an extra 4% for using a credit card. They told me it was their processing company that added the fee but either way I was not happy about that and I believe it is illegal in Massachusetts to aid a surcharge on credit card use."
