"Bob is very detail oriented and worked hard. He works by the hour so it is important to me that he worked dilligently and smartly so that i was not wasting my money. he knew what he was doing with carpentry and did a thorough job. he had to match the flooring in a section and install it so that it fit visually with little to no seam which he did a great job on. For the cabinetry work he had good ideas on how to proceed and gave us several options. he is very experienced so he is perfect for problem solving a complex fix or project."

"These folks are great! They did excellent work and we love our new deck. Communication with Gisele and Almir is fantastic, and the team was polite and hard working. They completely cleaned up after the project was done (in less time than anticipated!) Really it was a delight to work with Gisele and Almir and their team."

"Our project was the residing of a large two story duplex that has been in our family since 1915 that was carrying siding from 1985. Everyone at Alliance was a pleasure to deal with from Keith, our salesman to Sergie the lead installer on our job."

"Brian was great. He called when he was delayed and arrived at the new time when he said he would. He inspected the roof and determined that squirrels had chewed and damaged the lead flashing around the chimney leading to water running down a rafter. He did a repair with silicone to make certain it would not leak and scheduled a time for them to come back to do a permanent repair.

"It went very well. Tom, is very knowledgeable and takes videos to send along so we can see what he is doing along the way. I was surprised to see so much lint etc. Will have it done yearly from now on."

"Steve Hutchins Remodeling is the best contractor that I have ever hired. Steve's estimates are clear, detailed and easy to understand. He and his subcontractors are punctual and totally professional. Steve's work is done to code or better and Steve never cuts corners. The renovation and rebuilding time was extremely reasonable and Steve continued to work with us every step of the way when any issues arose. The work was completed within the timeframe that Steve told us it would be, and contacting Steve was always easy: Steve got right back to us quickly every time we needed to get in touch. Steve always tried to implement the design and functionality that we wanted. From painting our house to rebuilding an addition on our house to installing a beautiful patio, Steve and his crew have constructed high quality and functional spaces that will last at least a lifetime. I highly recommend Steve Hutchins Remodeling for all your residential contractor services."

"

Another A+ job by Dave and his crew! Our house is 100 years old, and required a lot of sanding/priming and meticulous painting to look nice. The end result is fantastic, and we couldn't have been happier. Dave and his crew also have great ideas, and really good taste. It is so nice to have found a contractor that we can trust to take good care of our home.

"We priced out dumpsters and initially, the dumpsters looked like the way to go but upon reading the fine print, we realized they would have cost more than a bullbag. Each dumpster was about $150-$200 BUT each ONLY included up to 1 ton of material, and the companies would charge me an additional $85/ton over it. The bullbag price was NOT based on weight but rather just filling the bag to the top of the bag. The bullbag not only saved me money, but the people were nice to deal with, but everything they said, they actually did. We have a house on the Cape and we will use them there too in March. We were told up front that there would be an additional $75 fee because of the location, but it is STILL cheaper and easier than a metal dumpster."
