"Nancy & Bob Gosselin New Roof (2023) We are returning customers with the Welch family having had a roof replacement 24 years ago with the 1st Welch roofing company. "I have to commend these guys and the job they did with my roof. I had a partially collapsed roof from the snow and ice buildup on my roof. I needed the repair done urgently and withing budget. I got may quotes on the job with some outrageous bidding to be honest. Overstate gave me a fair price and told me exactly what needed to be done.
