The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. "Our job included demo of an old garage pad, a driveway, a thick poured concrete patio, and removal of existing grass. The whole yard was gutted and a new gravel shed pad was created, along with a beautiful new paver patio with a step up on either side at the gates. New sod was installed, increasing our green space where the driveway/garage used to run down the side of the yard. Phil cut back the tree branches so it would get enough sun as our yard is shaded in the afternoon. Phil and Janice and their team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish, working with us to get the scope of the job just right before the work began, checking in frequently through the duration and upon completion, answering the many questions we had along the way. Anything unforseen was addressed promptly and thoroughly. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend their services!"
