We ended up having a late service, due to other clients they had that night. Preston showed up at 730pm with smile and determination to fix our issue. He was here until after midnight, trying everything he could. Unfortunately, we had to resort to calling the city for assistance at the sewer. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. "They did a great job. They were able to use a small pump to pump the waste water out before replacing the broken pump. The other company wanted us to pay for a pump truck costing $600 before giving the estimate."

"They were the first & only Plumber's to contact us and came out the day after we posted. They showed up on time, gave us an estimate which we compared to another we had already had, they had the better bid. We asked when they could do the job & they said right now if you want us to. They started the job and then had to go get a part. They came right back, continued to work on the gas line. The job couldn't be finished that day, they needed to go get one more special fitting and would need to come back the next work day. We paid half in good faith. The following day they returned with the needed fitting, completed the job. Paul & Kevin were professional and courteous, the area was cleaned and everything was in working order. "I did not contract this company, they were contracted to re-shingle the roof of a house adjacent to mine. The two houses are only separated by approximately 25 feet, with a fence in between. The last day of their job they decided to use a leaf blower to remove debris from the roof they were working on. This blew debris onto my house, deck and back yard. some of the debris hit my house gouging the side and leaving black marks & streaks. The fence was also broken in two places. These individuals have no regard for adjacent property and I would strongly recommend against contracting them for work unless you really hate your neighbors."
