Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "Excellent work! I’ve been wanting to rip out carpeting and refinish my original 1910 hardwood flooring for years. Cliff and Superior Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. Cliff recommended the best match of wood, used quality materials and did beautiful work! I’m very happy with my new floors!
