They told me it was their processing company that added the fee but either way I was not happy about that and I believe it is illegal in Massachusetts to aid a surcharge on credit card use."

My favorite part was working with Joseph and how communicative he was through the whole process. He constantly updated me with photos as the project continued and was transparent throughout. The craftsmanship and install itself was great. We hired them for another flooring projects in a few weeks as well. Dalba is one of the good ones! Highly recommend."

"If we could give our technician, Paul, 10 stars we would. Paul was so conscientious and detailed in cleaning our sectional sofa. The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. The company was good at communicating the scope of the job, sent reminders about the scheduled time & date, and thoroughly explained their pricing process."
