"They showed up wearing masks at ALL time, since safety is a #1 priority right now. They were VERY professional and did an excellent job bringing my 17 yr old hardwood floors to life. Floors were sanded, but there wasn't any excess dust and they allowed me to select several colors for stain samples before deciding which color I like. I LOVE my floors! I would definitely recommend them."

Customers say: Quality work

"I originally hired Cliff a couple of years ago to refinished our hardwood floors at a previous house. He did a great job on it, so I decided to ask him to install new hardwood floors at our new house. Again, he also did a great job. Cliff is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The quote he gave us was also reasonable. I highly recommend Cliff for hardwood floor refinish or installation."

Customers say: Terrific value

"I would definitely recommend Ron Wilson to a friend. We had hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms refinished, the floors were covered by carpets for many, many years. Our floors came out beautifully and they were able to get out an unknown stain from the wood. I found Ron to be reliable, professional, and well priced. They came when they said they would, they worked efficiently and cleaned up! The clean up was also a big deal for me and you would have never known they were there."

"Noah, the owner of the company was flexible, dependable and agreeable. Because of renovation schedule changes, we had to postpone his sanding three times and he was always willing to accommodate our schedule. The floors look amazing and we would recommend the company to anyone wanting quality work. He does exactly what the customer wants and takes pride in his work."

Floor Sanding questions, answered by experts

As a new homeowner in Beverly, start with a boundary survey to confirm property lines, especially in older neighborhoods with complex layouts. If your lot has drainage concerns or is near water, a topographic survey is valuable. Properties in historic areas or close to wetlands may require specialized surveys, such as ALTA/NSPS or wetland delineation, to support future improvements and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Helpful?

For land surveying in Beverly, prioritize high-precision GPS receivers and total stations, which handle the city’s coastal terrain and historic boundaries. Durable, weather-resistant marking paint, concrete or granite boundary markers, and galvanized rebar are ideal for Beverly’s changing seasons. Waterproof field notebooks, digital cameras with geotagging, and fiberglass measuring tapes help ensure your survey records remain clear and reliable, even in unpredictable Massachusetts weather.

Helpful?

Before hiring a land surveyor in Beverly, gather your property deed, any prior surveys, title insurance, and records of easements or restrictions. Note your zoning district, whether your property is in a historic area, and any wetlands or coastal filings. Take photos of current boundary markers, fences, and recent improvements, and collect building permits or septic system records to help your surveyor deliver accurate results.

Helpful?

For land surveying in Beverly, it’s important to know your property’s distance from water bodies, elevation changes, and soil conditions. Details like zoning classification, overlay districts, and subdivision history directly impact what’s possible on your land. Identifying wetlands, steep grades, mature trees, and existing structures ensures your survey addresses Beverly’s specific requirements and helps avoid future disputes or regulatory issues.

Helpful?

In Beverly, homes with additions, irregular property shapes, or those near the waterfront often present unique surveying challenges. Signs like mismatched fences, unclear boundary markers, or visible drainage issues suggest complications. Dense tree cover, steep slopes, or proximity to wetlands can also hinder access. If your property is in a historic district, expect extra complexity due to older lot descriptions and overlapping features.
