Instead of rushing the job, they came back later in the day and dethatched it once it had dried — exactly the way it should be done. Most landscapers would not have taken that extra step. I ended up laying sod myself, in my back yard and Cam was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed to do, even had tips on too maintain after the sod was laid. After that, I had a lot of yard waste to be removed from my driveway and Cam came and had it done in an hour at a very fair price. He cleaned up and left the area spotless.
