"Cleaned our carpet the next day"

"They are excellent & worth it but expensive. They cleaned stone tile floors in four areas - the kitchen, two entrance ways and the laundry room. Frank was polite and respectful in every way. He was well protected with gloves, mask and shoe booties. He was honest about when to have the floors cleaned again. There was a scheduling snafu which was very frustrating to me but it was finally corrected. I would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry."

"If we could give our technician, Paul, 10 stars we would. Paul was so conscientious and detailed in cleaning our sectional sofa. The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. The company was good at communicating the scope of the job, sent reminders about the scheduled time & date, and thoroughly explained their pricing process."

"This company company was SO amazing to work with. When I first asked for a quote to clean my patio, a representative of the company, named Carmen, had me send pictures of the space and gave me a formal quote. Carmen was always attentive to every question I had about the process to clean my patio and always gave me a straight answer. Wandel, the cleaner, was on time for the job and power washed the fence, windows, cement patio and did yard/waste removal. Handel even came back for a second day to continue to thoroughly clean that patio upon request. The patio space looks beautiful now. I highly recommend using Square Services!"

"I have had an excellent experience with Velesco tile. They just completed demolition of old tile in my first floor and then retiled my kitchen , half bath and fireplace. They put up plastic for the demolition, which creates much dust. This really helped. They showed up on time, were flexible and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up appropriately. The tile is straight in ts lines and corner triangle pieces are perfect. I thought that Ronnie, the owner, was proud of his work and he had every reason to be so. I recommend him without hesitation. "Alex and vos crew, were really helpful with choosing color and types of tile. He was really knowledgeable about materials and waterproofing systems. That made me feel so reassure about the quality of the work."

"I knew we were good when the first thing Cruz and crew did was put down dropcloths from the front door to the kitchen for the new backsplash. Quick, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Three hours and they were done."

"I highly recommend Affordable Home Construction. They are professional, prompt, skilled and so easy to work with. We were so happy with our kitchen tile install, that we hired them to also tile the bathroom floor and walls too. The other huge bonus is that their prices are so reasonable. The first contractor who gave us an estimate came in double the price that Perry Luke was able to give us. And the workmanship was top notch, so no trade off here. We are so pleased all around and will definitely hire them again in the future if we have a need."

"Had a bar opening up and they did an amazing job on my commercial kitchen . they did the grills ,ovens, prep units and floors ...great job!"
