"I was quoted 145.00 for four average rooms of carpet plus hall over the phone. But was charged 270. I had upholstery cleaning as well which was 22.00 per sf. So my large sectional cost 440.00. With odor and protectant the total cost of services was $910.00 This was definitely pricey but Frank spent almost 4 hours cleaning the carpets and upholstery and he did an amazing job. Not something I could afford to do on a regular basis. Overall very happy, but was surprised at the increased charge on the carpet portion, almost double from what I was quoted."

"If we could give our technician, Paul, 10 stars we would. Paul was so conscientious and detailed in cleaning our sectional sofa. The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. The company was good at communicating the scope of the job, sent reminders about the scheduled time & date, and thoroughly explained their pricing process."

When I first asked for a quote to clean my patio, a representative of the company, named Carmen, had me send pictures of the space and gave me a formal quote. Carmen was always attentive to every question I had about the process to clean my patio and always gave me a straight answer. Wandel, the cleaner, was on time for the job and power washed the fence, windows, cement patio and did yard/waste removal.
