"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"

"BH Brothers Plastering was great. I wanted to get my bathroom finished before having people over for Thanksgiving and they came and took care of me a few days before on very short notice. They did wonderful work in a timely manner, and were incredibly neat. They laid paper on the floor to not track dirt and dust around my house and once they finished they swept and cleaned up nicely. I here are some pictures from before, during, and after. The pictures of the stairs shows how clean they left them once they were done."

"Todd is very professional, and easy to work with. He was amenable to my ideas, and gave me some of his own. He was easy to schedule the work with, and always gave me a heads up in when he’d be here to do the work, and if he was running late. Todd worked swiftly, but paid a lot of attention to detail. He had another man do the drywall needed for my bedroom, and he was great as well. The bedroom project was pretty straightforward as far as design goes. For the closets I had remodeled, I showed Todd some pictures from Pinterest that I liked as examples, and he did a fantastic job replicating the ideas into the space I had. Everything turned out exactly as I hoped, and I’d hire him again in the future. As far as estimates go, Todd was very fair, and was great about removing any costs that were less than anticipated.
