Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results! "Joshua called within a few minutes of my placing the request and arranged to call the next day to give me an estimate for repair of two steps at the front of our house. The quoted price was very competitive and I agreed to hire them. They came Wednesday, worked in 95 degree heat and because the steps were in such bad condition they replaced my two steps completely. My wife also asked if they would fix some cracks in our cellar walls while they were here and again we were very satisfied with the price. The work was excellent, the workers very friendly and left a clean area after they had finished. Overall excellent experience and we are already talking about hiring them for another job we will need doing soon. Very highly recommended"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"After 20 years, our home's original front porch had served us well, but the wood decking, railing and trim all needed to be replaced.
