"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout.
