SILMAC Construction Inc.Excellent! Joe at Silmac Construction was God sent. I am a Realtor who have lots of connections to contractors and other service professionals. Despite this, I could not find anyone able to take care of a shed roof and a leaning fence within a reasonable time frame (not having to wait for several months), in order to get a house in Everett to come on the market. I resorted to an internet search and called tons of people, most who would not even call back. Joe said he’d work on it, and that he did! Within a week, Joe had gotten us someone available on short notice, and the work was completely done - very well - within a few days of that. The sellers are relieved to have the work done, and I am elated that we can now move forward. Thank you Joe and Silmac Construction!- Gunilla O.

Hancock Building Associates IncOur experience with Hancock Building Associates was exceptional! We have a split level home and we added on: an additional garage bay, a master suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet) on one side of the home as well as a 20X 20 great room on the other side of the home. In addition, we added a 36' and 22' deck on the back of the home. The entire process was very smooth as the initial meeting with Hancock gave us a great vibe. The quote we got was very detailed and covered all aspects of the project. The detailed quote in conjunction with the very open and candid discussion of the project led us to selecting them. In addition, we had heard great things from others in the town that had used them. The project started AND finished on time and within the budget. The workmanship provided by both the direct Hancock employees and subcontractors was excellent and very focused on the finish details. Their communication at every step was perfect. We were communicated with almost daily to provide updates and next steps of the process. Any communication we sent was responded to very quickly and we were able to meet in person with them anytime that we needed to do so. The end results of the project are breathtaking and we have had multiple people stop at the house commenting on how great it looks. We have recommended Hancock to many others and we would not hesitate to use them again for any upcoming project. Our experience working with the owner (Darrell) and Foreman (Kevin) was outstanding and very professional and I really appreciated their availability and responses. ProBuilt LLC.ProBuilt was the only company we had come out that actually gave us a prompt estimate (within a few days), returned our calls and was easy to reach. We cannot speak enough about how hard and quickly Bill's team worked to tear down our old porch. We were equally impressed with the amazing job Armando and Mark did to build a brand new, larger screen porch. It is absolutely beautiful and we love it. We also had Sam from ProBuilt build a small shed for the pool equipment. He designed the entire shed himself with some very unique features that we did not have with our old shed. It turned out perfect! We highly recommend ProBuilt and will use them again.- Kim C.

Spencer 4 Hire is by far the best overall contractor I've worked with. Not only was he always on time, but he kept us very well informed throughout our projects. He and his team redid our basement and we couldn't be happier with the results. What impressed us most was not just the communication, but the cleanliness of he and his crew. They cleaned up daily and took steps to protect our items to ensure they didn't get dirty or ruined. He is very respectful and straight forward with the work needing to be done, price of materials, labor, he kept us updated on every aspect at all times. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him for future projects as well.

We used Northeast Home Renovations to change our front and back doors as well as to add a portico to our house. They did an amazing job! I wasn't sure what look I wanted for the portico so Antonio created the design to fit the style of our house. They were fast, detail oriented, stayed on budget and I really appreciate the craftsmanship that went into to the work. It wasn't easy given how uneven our old house is. He even suggested that we add a little time capsule into the ceiling, which we did and my daughter loved it! I thought that was such a wonderful and unexpected idea. I strongly recommend them!
