"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

He is a highly skilled craftsman with years of experience and a fantastic eye for detail. He managed his team of quality subcontractors beautifully. He was flexible, responded immediately to inquiries, and was respectful of requests. Our new living space, which includes a bathroom, is absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend Kenny Builders and plan to hire him for our next project."

"They put a new roof on our house. They were efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after completion. My only issue was the amount of shingles delivered to our house, even after the normal amount considered as a waste factor on the job was over 25% more than needed. They used 71 bundles to complete the job but had 94 bundles delivered. Then, they stated that we were never charged for 94 bundles. This made no sense to me. So, although they did a great job, I would recommend that any future customer get a detailed quote to include the amount of materials needed. Shame on me for not getting that when we got the quote. That was the only issue and the fact that the explanation received from them made no sense and was not very polite to me as the customer."

"First of all, I would have given zero stars but one is the lowest. I hired Outdoor Personia to install a cupola on my garage roof. I sent a photo of the cupola as requested. I was told the photos have been assessed and was good to go. I paid them $320, which was 1/2 of the installation cost. The contractor that they sent out cut up my base so it was not able to be used. I was notified by Melody and told that I would need to purchase a new base for $90 and may have to pay for a crane to get it on the roof. I told her I was a little confused about needing a crane because the contractor that was installing it, had it on the roof but then removed it. She later replied that I would not need the crane but now the base suddenly increased in price from $90 to $300. Long story short, they butchered my base then tried to get me to purchase a new base and pay for a crane that was absolutely not needed. Absolutely the worst company i have ever done business with. I will be pursuing legal action."

"They was supposed to do kitchen renovation and they did not come and do any wall preparation before the cabinet arrival and also I had asked them questioned and they did not answer my email. I had shown photos of the wall inquiring how they wanted to proceed and their project management was keep in touch with the project to schedule. It should have been done cabinet installation door cabinet for arrival because all the cabinet and they've taken up space. I am a senior citizen and I have limited funds of that project. I am more disappointed that the project did not go well on both ends that they decided to keep my $2100 deposit. I they refunded most of my money back in good faith that I wouldn't have been disappointing. "

"The quality of the work was excellent. They cleaned up the work area every day after they worked and we are very pleased with the deck post replacement and trim board wrapping of the posts. Highly recommend and would employ them again if needed."

"Costs increased about 10% over estimate, work was well done and the final product was professional and well-built. Communication could have been better, the builder promised weekly meetings but that didn't happen. All in all, we were happy at the end of it all, and all questions were answered and all finishes to our satisfaction, which if you've ever worked with a contractor before, you know isn't a given. 5/5 would work with them again, the fireplace mantel and threshhold was particularly well done."

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
