Jake Middleton arrived promptly and was very professional. As it turns out, we did not have a problem after all and the pile of debris we were seeing was caused by a gap in the foundation and fine silt coming in rather than actual ant or termite debris. Jake thoroughly explained what we would have seen if we did have a problem and what ant and termite debris looked like. He then continued to inspect other areas just to be sure. All was well and he did not try a sales pitch for anything further. We respected him even more for this. The inspection was free of charge. When you have a dead animal in your yard, live in a partially wooded area with other wild animals, and it's 95 degrees out, you can't wait.
