Listened to our concerns and proceeded to inspect every inch of the basement, including crawl space(!), each room on the 1st floor and the attic (a place that's difficult to maneuver). Checked perimeter for any points of entry. A lengthy, thorough inspection was completed to our satisfaction! Very impressed with Neil's attentiveness, professionalism and honesty. "Hired them to check for a squirrel. Didn't see any signs so the set mouse traps. Charged a lot of money. Over the weekend a Squirrel was in my dining room. They don't come on weekends so I had to hire another company to remove it and pay more money. I did get a partial refund and was told they would come back and see where the squirrel came in as compensation along with the refund but never heard back from them. I did call and left message but no reply. I would not hire them again."
