Listened to our concerns and proceeded to inspect every inch of the basement, including crawl space(!), each room on the 1st floor and the attic (a place that's difficult to maneuver). As it turns out, we did not have a problem after all and the pile of debris we were seeing was caused by a gap in the foundation and fine silt coming in rather than actual ant or termite debris. Jake thoroughly explained what we would have seen if we did have a problem and what ant and termite debris looked like. He then continued to inspect other areas just to be sure. All was well and he did not try a sales pitch for anything further. We respected him even more for this. The inspection was free of charge. "The owner Rob LaPierre called me and said he could come between 1-2pm the same day (Thrs. 8/4). The others (who are still calling) couldn't come same day. When you have a dead animal in your yard, live in a partially wooded area with other wild animals, and it's 95 degrees out, you can't wait. Rob arrived just as promised, was courteous, professional and friendly. Well worth the $125 for the service. He does pest control also; bugs, rodents and bats. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him highly."

"Hired them to check for a squirrel. Didn't see any signs so the set mouse traps. Charged a lot of money. Over the weekend a Squirrel was in my dining room. They don't come on weekends so I had to hire another company to remove it and pay more money. I did get a partial refund and was told they would come back and see where the squirrel came in as compensation along with the refund but never heard back from them. I did call and left message but no reply. I would not hire them again."
