Best contractor that I had ever worked with in Worcester. Every employee that I interacted with from Golden Group has demonstrated professional competencies, from Sales to Accounting then Project Manager, I would give a 5 start to all of them. I will recommend this team to the community, they deserve the positive feedbacks.

I hired Golden Group to install a ridge vent and soffit vent system for my attic and they were very reasonably priced. Xavier was a pleasure to work with and so were the guys that did the install. I highly recommend.

They were very responsive from the initial contact. Answered all questions clearly and there was nothing hidden. The started construction on my street a head of schedule and I called to let them know so they could coordinate. Instead they asked to come a couple of days earlier on the weekend when there was no street construction. The crew was great and the was just about completed that day. (They ran out of cap pieces and came back Monday morning and finished) The clean up was great and the prices competitive with other roofing companies in the area. They were the best bang for the buck, so to say. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We shopped around for quite a few quotes in the Central Mass area for our roof replacement and were happy to go with Golden Group. The prices were very competitive and much more reasonable than other companies. They didn't try to nickle and dime us and also respected our time when giving us a quote, unlike some larger, national companies we received quotes from. They set up and completed the entire job in a whole day (about 12 hours- we had 3 layers of roof on our house). Freddy checked in on the job site intermittently throughout the day and he and his crew were very professional. This was a few weeks ago and we have not found any scraps or nails left behind. Overall, we would hire Golden Group again in the future and have no reservations recommending them to others.

I spent a good amount of time researching the many of the local roofing companies in the area. Heavily relying on reviews from many of the customers who selected this company. My reviews for Golden Group Roofing are very positive and happy to say long-winded and detailed. Which you can find on the ( BBB.Org website and on the their " Golden Group Roofing" website.) Do yourself a favor and read all their website reviews. Then give them a call and start smiling at the results. Freddie's crew is very professional, unbelievably amazing, and extremely dedicated to their work. And very polite too. My wife and I are very pleased with our GAF Ultra HD roofing shingles and the lifetime warranty.

I really love the Golden Group. We had them replace our asphalt roof on our house. We had gotten bids from five companies and Golden Group just stood out to me as a company driven by honesty and integrity. We had planned on the roof replacement happening on Wednesday last week - but had a family emergency. The guys showed up at 7 am and started getting setup (right on time), my wife talked with them and they packed up gave me the number for Freddy and said for us to call and they'd return within 48 hours. They even sent flowers expressing their concern for our family emergency. We called Monday they came back Wednesday just like they said. They showed up right after 7 am and got started setting up and worked hard all day. Everything they did was clearly described and they did exactly what they said they would. Not a single surprise. They explained everything all day long - as the project progressed - they showed what was going on and what was happening next. Each step obvious and easy to understand. We ended up having eleven new pieces of plywood - not a surprise. We knew the old roof needed replacing and that just showed it really needed fixing even worse than we imagined. No other problems came up which was good to hear. Clean up, they used an industrial magnet over our yard three times to get up any stray nails. All the old asphalt shingles and anything else - nice and neatly cleaned up. Like other folks have said The Golden Group did an excellent job, very professional very nice folks. I really couldn't ask for any better they did an absolutely wonderful job for us.

Excellent job. Completed in one day. Scheduled very quickly and efficiently. Great communication. Cost more than expected as they found rotting wood underneath the old shingles. They showed us pictures before starting the extra work which required materials. Great experience. Recommend highly. Great clean-up job. The final result is beautiful.

I was very happy with the roofing job they did for me. They were very responsive, replied to me quickly, did the estimate quickly, and even scheduled me quickly. The complete job was done in one long day, including stripping the two layers of old shingles. No surprise upcharges. Did what they said for the price they said they would. I would hire them again.

In addition to doing a fantastic job they also roofed my shed that was not in the contract, rebuilt a flat roof and cut in a ridge vent and soffits at no extra cost. I have a 1870 Victorian house with a Tower. The Tower is a tricky job. Freddy's guys did a super job. After the job was paid for I had a water leak but not because of the job they did. Freddy and his guys came back and sealed areas of the siding causing the problem. Customer service after the job is done, is extremely important to me. Customer satisfaction is truly important to Freddy. Freddy was always easy to get a hold of If I had a question. I have recommended Freddy to a friend (and he got the job) and will continue to recommend to others. I feel fortunate to have had Golden Group Construction do my roof and I know if I have any issues even years from now, they will take care of it. I have 100% confidence in them

Made additional repairs not expected before they started but glad they noticed the problems. The job cost more than estimated originally but feel the added expense of a lot of plywood was justified. They were very pleasant and considerate and did a great job in cleaning up.

I have a ranch with attached 4-car carport and a small shed which they stripped replaced 3ft of plywood around roof edges, removed old gutters & repaired facia where needed. They started at 8:30am, as planned. By the time I got home from work (around 5pm) you would never know I had so much work done earlier that day! The yard was spotless. It's been two weeks and we have not found one nail on the ground. The roof is beautiful & perfect. Freddy is professional & personable. The whole crew work together like a well oiled machine, so I'm told by my neighbors. This was a great contracting experience!!

We found Golden Group Construction via the "Home Advisor" website. Freddy and his Team live up to the ratings and reviews posted. The Roofing quote came in very reasonable and included more, high end features and products than other Companies were charging extra $$$ for. Golden Group is very detailed oriented, patient with the Homeowners and were easy to get in contact with when we had questions. Despite their care and safety with equipment, A few of our plants and flowers were accidentally damaged around the perimeter from the work crew, and of course, a handful of nails were found after the job. BUT with the labor-intensive job of stripping and re-roofing a house this is understandable. Freddy made-good and came back to sweep the lawn of excess nails and debris. AND deducted a portion of the bill to cover costs of replacing the plants/flowers. I would recommend Golden Group to close friends and Family.

Golden Group recently installed a new roof on our house. We had investigated several other roofing contractors but Golden Group was our choice based on their responsiveness and the quality of work that we saw on other roofs they had done in our area. Their work proposal was comprehensive and detailed, and the price was in-line with others we had received. Freddy is a nice guy; he is friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He patiently worked with us from start to finish, answering our many questions and offering helpful suggestions. We especially like the fact that once the job started Freddy was on site with the team and kept us updated on progress and made sure we agreed with design choices they were making. The job took just over three days (in addition to the roof they also replaced the trim on the house). They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. In the end, they did what they said they were going to do, the work quality was excellent, and there were no extra or hidden costs. The entire experience of working with Freddy and the rest of the team was completely positive and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality workmanship and materials. Freddie and his team were great. When the weather started looking unfavorable he brought in extra man power and had our roof finished in one day! All employees were respectful of our property and we are happy with how the job went and how the house looks!

Golden Group Construction impressed us from the start of the process when we obtained estimates for a new roof all the way through their follow-up after our roof was installed. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. We contacted multiple companies to obtain estimates for our new roof and Golden Group made the best presentation by far. We appreciated Freddie’s low-key attitude: he didn’t take a hard-sell approach, but it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable. His presentation was well organized and professional, and he brought a lot of supporting materials with him (including samples of the material to be used for a ridge vent, samples of the material to be used for waterproofing, and sample shingles). The presentation even included a long list of people we could contact as references – we love that Golden Group volunteered this information without us having to ask for it. During the initial visit, Freddie examined our existing roof with us and provided us with a detailed estimate. (And there were no hidden costs: once the work was completed, we paid exactly what had been estimated.) Freddie and Greta were both very patient with all the questions we had before we signed the contract. We really appreciated how willing they were to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations. On the day of the installation, a fleet of vehicles arrived exactly on time. Everything was well coordinated: the dumpster arrived and was placed where we requested, pallets of roofing materials were quickly offloaded from a large flatbed truck, and the work crew was able to begin working right away. They were very careful to protect our property and did a great job with the cleanup. Freddie supervised the install onsite and took pictures to show us what was going on. Freddie also brought us outside a few times so we could see first-hand how the work was proceeding. Freddie worked to accommodate us with certain requests we had, making the process as painless as possible. During our initial discussions with Freddie, we had expressed our strong desire for the job to be done in one day if at all possible. Freddie arranged to have extra members of the work crew on hand to ensure that this would be a one-day job. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and they finished by early afternoon, well within the timeframe we requested. Also, our property wasn’t very conducive to having a dumpster sit on it for multiple days. Freddie arranged for the dumpster to be delivered on the day of the work (rather than the day before), and also helped coordinate with the dumpster company to arrange for an earlier pickup than was originally scheduled. We’ve heard stories about other contractors who vanish once they receive payment, even to the point of not finishing cleanup. Not only was that not an issue with Golden Group, but Freddie did a great job walking us through the work after it was completed and asking us

Since the first handshake with Fred to the final payment it was pure professional. Fred new exactly what the roof needed and made sure there were no surprises for either of us. His price was reasonable and the quality of the work and material was excellent, Fred and the Golden Group Came highly recommended, they are a credit to the industry.
