"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Scott Curtice has a real knack for design, he is attentive and cares about details, and he will perform carpentry and touch-up work as needed. Moreover, he handled all the project coordination so that we could do the jobs that we do well, which do not include home renovation."

"Khaled and his crew built a large 2-story garage for us and it came out wonderful. Khaled managed multiple sub-contractors, engineers, and the town's building department. The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. The project was completed in just over a week, as he and his partner arrived early every day working through 94 degree heat to finish in the time that he had anticipated.
