"It went well. They did need to come back for a second trip because the electricity going to the video doorbell wasn't adequate. They need ed to install a transformer. The doorbell installation was $275 and the additional transformer was $1125. Both men were knowledgeable and professional."

"I had paid for two hours of work. first got my porch outlet checked and working again...then tackled why my doorbell had suddenly stopped working. I live in an old bldng with 2 condos..  wires in basement were a mess,  some tests worked, some not..he called boss who came over and worked with him for several more hours, determined to figure it out. Turns out the system was a mix of old and new wiring and finally determined that my neighbor must have had some work done on their bell and someone had just cut some wires in all the mess..unfortunantly they happened to be mine. I told them to send my a bill for the extra time but more than a month later I have not received one.
They were very curtious and persistent. I am very happy to a working doorbell again.

"Dan was a very pleasant and personable professional.  He arrived on time.  After installing the USBs, He checked outlets to ensure there was sufficient ground; looked over the electric panel and discovered that there seemed to be some water getting into the panel in the basement and advised on follow up.  His prices are far more reasonable than another Angie's List electrician I had recently used.  I would definitely recommend Dan to others and use him again myself.

"Went well. You have the system mailed to you then can call for support setting it up. It was like **** getting it set up (you self install the sensors on windows and doors, this was a horrible experience for me). The rep was very helpful. After setting it up I called the company and someone helped 'name' each sensor (we were on the phone for 8 hours doing this). The guy was very helpful and patient, even when I started crying over the phone. BUT still I would probably do it again. A great company. It's up to each person if they want someone to install a different company's equipment or if they want to set up each frontpoint sensor themselves. I'm over 60 years old and it was stressful for me. ps I got a special deal for the equipment through Angie's list btw."
