He understood immediately that his first instinct, to open up the ceiling and wall of the downstairs bathroom should be avoided if possible, to limit wall repairs to one bathroom instead of two. And he then quickly figured out how to do it and did it. The cost was considerably less than the quote of a competitor, who misdiagnosed the problem at first, refused to put his quote in writing, and showed no interest in keeping wall damage to a minimum. No comparison."

It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."
