"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. "My central AC unit has been broken for several years. intermittently working during hot summers. I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! In short, Emerald HVAC will be my first choice for any HVAC work in the future. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation!"

"I'm submitting this review about 2yrs late. The Guys at Green energy are great! While they had a hard time transforming my house's old oil system to gas, Jonathan never stopped taking my calls (don't take that from granted, many contractors don't care once they have your money). They worked on it for several weeks--tweaking it until it finally took. 2 winters later, it works perfectly. I'm sure other contractors could've had the same problem and not been as responsive and committed as them. I'll definitely be hiring them to convert to tank-less water heating and to install AC!"

We needed the job done ASAP and Sean was able to accommodate our request and complete the full job in a day. His crews were prompt, and seamlessly coordinated to convert our combo forced hot water and air system while creating a much tidier and well laid out integration with the new boiler and indirect water heater.
