"Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. Universal Windows Direct offered me the security that I knew that this was a company of integrity and honesty. So much so, that when the work was done, I was not home. Unbelievable! And, when I returned home from work on the day of my new window installation, all I could see was the view from my new window...windex'd cleaned, with no evidence that they has ever been in my house. "The workmanship was excellent. He took measurements, custom ordered the windows and installed them within a week. Would definitely work with again."
Knee wall is prepped for new insulation to be installed
1st layer or 2 inch insulation board installed against the roofline after existing fiberglass is removed and knee wall vacuumed clean
After old insulation is removed, and the knee wall is air sealed, the new insulation is installed on the wall
4 inches of 2 inch insulation board installed and foamed, ready for final cap layer of 2 inch Thermax insulation board
Lastly, the Tyvek is installed over the new insulation

"I contacted Precision for a quote on new Windows. Siding, an entry door and garage doors. They were very responsive and I had a price within 3 days. Overall the process went very smooth and the price was right. Everything turned out great. I would hire them again with no issue!"
