I have worked with a lot of contractors owning several homes over the last 35 years. I have never had a better experience than the experience I had with Grand Premium Siding. I was delighted at first to find a local contractor with impeccable references. After meeting Gerfferson, I knew I was dealing with a consummate professional who takes pride in his work. He exceeded my high expectations and the workmanship and care of his entire team was superb. They did a full siding job for me with the Everlast siding material and my house has never looked better. We are in the middle of a large addition project to our house and hired Grand Premium Siding to install new vinyl siding and trim on our original house and new additions. My wife and I love how it came out! They did amazing work, and were very fast and flexible with the other contractors working around the house. Geoffersen was very professional to work with, had great ideas and suggestions to make the siding trim/house look better and is very reasonable with his costs. He even comes back to ensure everything looks good, and makes changes or fixes if needed. My wife and I moved into our home at the start of the summer and discovered extensive rotting in our siding and windows and decided to replace both. We were new the product (Hardie) so we spent several weeks meeting and interviewing various siding companies. Itâ s a complete wilderness out there when it comes to finding a good siding company (or any contractor)! We completely lucked out on finding Gerfferson and Grand Premium Siding. We noticed while walking and driving through the neighborhoods near where we live that all the new homes with siding and trim that we liked had the Grand Premium Siding sign on the front lawn. We found some references on the local neighborhood groups and based on their recommendations; we gave Gerfferson a call. Weâ re so glad we did because the experience with Gerfferson and his team was such a pleasant contractor experience, one of the best weâ ve had (prior experience with house extension, bathroom renovation, flooring, window/door replacement). What makes Gerfferson and his team excellent are the qualities that you would hope all contractors would have: communication, experience, and integrity. Youâ d think the communication part would be simple: keep us updated, donâ t keep us in the dark, and if any problems arise, let us know right away. Gerfferson is great about this. We always knew what to expect and if we had any questions, we were able to contact him and received responses promptly. From a quality perspective, the final install for everything looks amazing, but if you watch the crew do the work, you can really tell they know what theyâ re doing. Everything is measured precisely, they donâ t rush things just to complete it, and if they do notice something didnâ t turn out right, theyâ ll correct it rather than trying to hide it. Gerfferson personally came and reviewed the work his crew did on a frequent basis to make sure everything was done with the highest level of standard. As important as the first two points are, what impressed me the most about Gerfferson is his integrity. Not once throughout the process did I feel like I was being dragged around or that hidden costs were being added to the contract. For example, all siding companies will tell you that since the paneling under the siding is hidden, thereâ s really no way to determine if anything will need to be replaced due to water damage, which if they do, will add costs that werenâ t part of the initial agreement. Itâ s a completely reasonable practice but only if you trust that the contractor will be honest and only replace the things that need replacing and at a reasonable cost. In the final invoice from Grand Premium Siding, the additional costs were negligeable and anything that was there was only done with consultation and with a clear explanation of why it would need to be done. There were also countless instances of things that were done that were not part of the original contract but were just done free as a courtesy. Anytime Gerfferson said something would get done and what the cost would be, there was never any anxiety of being ripped off and him not following through. By the end, we pretty much trusted everything he told us. Although we hired Grand Premium Siding originally to replace siding and some windows, based on the quality of the work and how happy we were with everything, we hired Gerfferson and his crew to also build a porch and portico for our front door, redo the walkway leading up the front door, and redo our roofing. Weâ re extremely happy with how all the projects turned out and would hire his team again for future home renovation needs. I recently hired Grand Premium Siding to replace old wooden shingle siding w/Hardie board and to wrap windows and sills. Gerfferson made sure my wife and I understood the process and always made himself available to answer questions or discuss specific direction. He and his crew were truly outstanding in both skillset and work ethic, I was really impressed at how early they arrived and the hours they put in every day. When our Electrician couldn't meet the timeline needed for permit pulling and work needed, Gerfferson was able to provide one thanks to his industry connections. The same when we decided to replace our gutters which were installed in a few hours as the siding was completed. We knew we had some trim and fascia that were rotting in places, Gerfferson was able to maximize our materials to save costs, providing excellent solutions while maintaining the highest level of quality. He really is exceptional w/customer service and makes sure you are completely satisfied with every little detail. Great pricing, superb workmanship, transparency w/process, a truly professional contractor and a pleasure to work with. From the time Gerferson came by to take a look at the repair work including siding and trim rot, he was very amicable. He listened to us, and gave us a clear layout of the work involved with notes on what needs immediate attention, and what can be done in a few months. He gave us a couple of quotes with the different options listed. I really liked his mannerism, there was a certain charm and honesty. The crew was very polite and respectful. They knew their work and went about it very professionally. There was a certain camaraderie amongst the 5 members of the crew who showed up to work, there was friendly banter and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work. There was great attention to detail, and they did a very good job. When they uncovered rot in the unexposed area, Gerferson was quick to consult with us and quoted very reasonable price to take care of the additional uncovered work. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and went over the completed work with us. We are immensely satisfied and will definitely hire them again in the near future.

Gerfferson, the owner, is AMAZING. We did a complete re-siding of our 1860-built house (including new trim on all windows, doors, soffits etc.). He has a very professional crew that are courteous, meticulous, hard-working and easy to work with. Gerfferson himself works alongside his team on the job site which is a great advantage over big companies where the owner quotes a job and then sends a crew to do the work but does not work on site to make sure it's going as planned. Gerfferson was accommodating and extremely flexible in terms of making changes as we went depending on the needs of the project. Lastly, and importantly, he was very fair with pricing and the overall quality-for-cost is exceptional. We had woodpecker holes in our siding. They were able to give us an reasonable estimate upon reviewing photos we sent. Communication was easy,bhe came when he said and repaired all the holes and then some. Exvellent!

Our family had received estimates from 5 other contractors before we were recommended Grand Premium Siding from a neighbor. Gerfferson was extremely responsive, came that very weekend to give us an estimate and was very attentive to our questions and our concerns. He followed through with a written estimate as he promised and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process of purchasing and delivering the supplies and materials and scheduling his crew for 3-4 days of siding work. His team came around 7 am each day and were very efficient and neat with their work - we were very impressed! Moreover, Gerfferson was very upfront with us about concerns that came up during the work and we greatly appreciated his constant honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend and would hire them again!

We hired Grand Premium Siding to replace the rotten wood clapboard on the dormers of our house. Gerfferson responded to my initial message right away, he made an appointment to come to my house to take a look and showed up when he said he would. He gave us a very fair price and sent a proposal right away. I realized we needed an additional small siding repair on another part of the house, I sent him photos, he quickly gave us a new proposal. They did the work within a week. The work was excellent, the crew was terrific, and worked very hard. The quality of their work was outstanding. They also cleaned up well. Communication with us was excellent. We will definitely hire them again!
