Hired Superior Hardwood to go through top to bottom (stairs included), sand it all down, patch some areas, and apply several coats of oil based polyurethane over the course of about a week. The results are fantastic, and my wife and I are both very pleased. The floors look absolutely beautiful and the new look was worth every penny.
