I called Eagle Construction to find a solution to water intrusion into my kitchen during heavy rainstorms. The company's representative, Dustin Arnaud, visited me promptly to give me an estimate. During this visit, he asked to look in my attic. He pointed out that I needed to replace my AC ducts and add insulation to the attic space. i was aware of the need for this work, but it was not my priority. He told me that he would include improving my gutters without charge if I agreed to replacing the AC ducts and adding insulation. I agreed. The attic work was scheduled and performed promptly. I have no complaint about the work done in the attic. However, before any work was performed on my gutters, Dustin insisted they be paid for the attic work. He assured me that the gutter work would be handled promptly as soon as needed supplies could be ordered. i paid the company. At this point, Dustin informed me that he could not do any gutter work without additional charge. We argued and I relented. I agreed to pay an additional $475. Several scheduled appointments for the work were missed. Finally, Dustin's brother showed up to do the work. I was told to make the check out to Dustin Arnaud, not Eagle Construction. Approximately half the work was done when it started raining and the work was halted. It took several calls and 3 or 4 missed appointments before the work was finished. At the beginning of this process, I expressed doubt as to the proposed gutter solution would actually fix my problem Dustin assured me that if it didn't work, he would have a drainage expert design a sub-surface drain to help channel water away from my home. After the next heavy rain, I informed Dustin that rain water had again gotten into my home. It has been several weeks and I have never heard from Dustin or anyone else at Eagle Construction again.

Living in an older home, we wondered if unseen molds and mildew were affecting our family’s health. Our allergy symptoms were becoming worse when at home and seemed to be better when we were away. We made an inquiry with Eagle to have our AC ducts cleaned; but their careful inspection and willingness to show us that with more effort, we could rid our home of rodents, pests, molds and mildew in attic affecting our home’s ventilation system. Eagle removed and replaced insulation with insulation treated with boric acid to deter pests. AC ducts were replaced, and vents were cleaned. They sealed off gaps between the attic and outside. The Eagle crew was professional and courteous. The foreman was onsite at all times making sure that we were satisfied with each stage of the job. It’s been 1 week and everyone at home reports having clearer eyes, less sneezing and coughing. We highly recommend Eagle.

Justin really impressed me, going above my expectations!! Cody was supervising yet working right along side the crew. Great, Dustin was very through in his initial inspection, he included pictures of the areas I couldn’t get to. He also pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed and offered to fix those at no charge . That’s Right- NO CHARGE!! The blown-in insulation included a pest deterrent They also put mesh in all the weep holes to seal out pests and rodents. The crew arrived timely, and they were all very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves both inside and out. Amazing, awesome, professional, courteous, and VERY affordable !

I originally reached out to Eagle regarding insulation under my house. We discussed that job and then we discussed attic insulation, which I knew to be a problem, and they were able to complete both jobs at the same time. Dustin is very knowledgeable and able to offer solutions on the spot. All of the people that I have come into contact with, from Dustin and Justin to the workers involved and the salesman and office staff, were pleasant, courteous, and professional. The work was done well and at what I believe was a very fair price.
