I am so pleased with Fabricio and the work he and his assistant did on my condo! I hired Fabricio to install tile on my lanai and to replace the glass doors for a new tub enclosure. I had planned a few other bathroom projects for the near future, such as replacing the mirrors and light fixtures in both bathrooms. One required removing the bulky wood encased fluorescent light box above the sink. Fabricio gave me a very fair estimate and offered to get them done while they were there doing the other projects. What a relief to get everything done at once, all within 2 days! If you want someone who works very hard ALL day, has affordable prices, and does a great job, HIRE THIS MAN! Upon meeting Fabricio, he relieved so much of my anxiety about getting these projects done. He communicates, is extremely helpful, personable and, most of all, trustworthy. They were great. Fabricio came to look at the job quickly offered a bid on the spot and proposed quick start date and date of completion. They finished quickly, offered other ares to help out our project with and took away all debris! Their work was beautiful, especially the tile. The tile design was a bit difficult and they knew what to do and made it look beautiful very quickly! I couldn’t be more happy with working with them and especially their finished product. My project entailed Tile/bathroom niche, edging, trim, shower threshold and LVP flooring and baseboards-they are pros.

Fabrizio and his team were excellent. They installed tile and removed hardwood, carpet and laminate from within our home. They were honest about each step of the process and stuck to the timeline. We would highly recommend them.

Fabricio from Efficiency Flooring and More did a beautiful job on our living room floor. He executed the design idea as we envisioned it with attention to detail and the skills of a true artisan. This project involved replacing an engineered wood living room floor. Since there was no way to match the tile of the adjoining kitchen, the meeting of the two tile types needed to be done carefully and artfully. Fabricio laid the new tile in a diamond pattern just as we wished and the 45-degree angles created a great visual effect. We were so pleased that we arranged to have another small room completed immediately. Since then, we have enjoyed the look and feel of our new tile every day and are so glad we finally committed to improvements that we had wanted to do for a long time.

Fabricio Pimenta and his hard working crew at Efficiency Flooring did a wonderful professional job of replacing the tile , glass block , and shower door in my 35 year old master bathroom shower. Once they started the job, they didn’t leave until they finished it. None of the problems they encountered in doing the job seemed to phase them. And the quality of the work was perfect. They took something old, and made it new again!

Our needs were to install a tile floor as soon as possible and have the quote meet our budgetary expectations. Fab and his crew gave a same-day quote, told us what type of tile and materials to buy, as well as offered to pick up the order for us as the load was expected to be quite heavy. He showed up with our order as promised and did a spectacular job of installing in 2 rooms over 2 days. The labor price was quite fair and the workmanship was outstanding. We are very happy with his professionalism and if we have a future project will call him!

I am well pleased with their work. Old carpet was replaced with beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood. the crew cleaned up the job sight and disposed of old flooring debris. Highly recommend Efficiency Flooring and More for your flooring needs.
