"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. "The sales lady come out talks about all the products see how you want everything. The other person comes out to install it takes a few days they send out only one guy for this project I have a shower closed off to add a shower tub combo. Now they told me the guy would close off the water he did but left a big ass hole in my floor didnt cover it or nothing they said he would. Got the tub combo in weeks later I see my shelfs falling as he did not even put them up right seems to me. Also my fixtures already are turning my tub stopper I had to remove cause it stopped my water from draing just horrible and after 15k I could have found someone else to do it for cheaper and correctly. I would not recommend this company. Do your homework ppl."

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for.
