IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Incredibly frustrated after we received services by Passman Plumbing. We were given a quote which was then inflated by $800 after they were done and it was time to pay. They drilled holes directly into our shingles on the exterior of our home that we are getting ready to try and sell, they very unprofessionally and unsightly rigged piping on the exterior of our home that is exposed that looks like we hired some schmuck to do it, and lastly we just discovered that they sawed my husbands tractor ramp that he had built so that they could use the wood without permission or even letting us know. 100000% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, if you want to pay more than your quote, have them do a visibly ugly job, and destroy your personal property bc they?re too lazy to get their own supplies, then they ARE the guys for you!

Cecil, gave a timely estimated time of arrival. Went above and beyond in not only fixing what I called him out for, but helped me locate the water shutoff, besides turning off at the meter as I was doing. Reasonably priced, kept area neat as he was working. Gave a explanation of what he found and options to handle it. Cleaned up after himself and has a very personable approach. I felt like he was giving me the same treatment he would give to his father! I look forward to working with Passman plumbing again, as I do some remodeling and will use him for the future project.
