The installers were great. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Installation was on time and superior workmanship. We can HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, a friend of our is building a house and after he saw our floors, he changed from real wood to laminate and contacted Floor Coverings International to get product from them.

They did a terrible job covering the dust, and there are rocks in my closet. The door was not put on my closet. They painted over dirt and dust and paint is peeling off. I have defective and cracked tiles. Mitered joints are terrible. Texture left all over door and porch. They did not wipe down furniture or f!oors , which their site says they clean. Numerous items broken in home. They showed absolutely no respect for my home. Beware.

"Oh, Debbie, you've brought this here which is disappointing but not surprising. Yes- we can make a lot of dust which is expected when we are removing ceramic tile inside the home. We noticed you quickly get very nervous which then turns into a very insulting and condescending tone towards everybody around you. We finished our contracted work for you and your home is beautiful. You even referred us to your mother- Thank you. Trying to be a good person and neighbor, I started to install 2 shelves for you at no charge. Unfortunately, my crew chose not to return to your home because of your treatment. Then, this week to myself and my manager you began describing my team using racist remarks; this solidifies their decision. (I will not repost with respect to them) As I returned to finish your shelves, you quickly began spewing insults and vulgarities toward me and it was time for me to leave! At this time there is no reason to continue trying to help you. The more kindness we show you, the angry you appear to get. Your very last statement to me? Get off my F-ing Property? will be honored. Please know this- we are not angry with you but rather- very sad and we hope you find peace. PS- Your door has been in your garage since Tuesday, we even painted it for you (Free of Charge)."

Kieth and the crews he assigned for my bathroom remodle were excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When it was time to install the floor and shower tile they showed up on time and did the work until completion wit no stalling. Kieth went above and beyond by helping me with the removal and resetting of the shower threshold. I plan on calling them again when it's time to install new flooring and carpet for other projects. Very professional company with excellent quality of work. Skilled crew worked well as a team and finished a 2-day project in 1 day. Keith spent time with us to determine our needs and did some searching to find the exact product that was needed. Good follow up after the job was completed. Michelle and Keith are amazing people. We had two large projects. From planning to completion, both projects were handled in the most professional way. Their crews are highly skilled in their areas whether it is stone that needs to go around a curve or tile that needs to frame a mosaic. Five stars all around because it doesn't go higher.

Keith and his team did an amazing job taking out hardwood and carpet and installing all new hardwood in my home! They stayed behind themselves with cleanup and finished the project in 3 days!
